The
objects of the W.O.R.D Bible Class
The
constitution of THE W.O.R.D. Bible Class states and defines the objects
to be as follows.
•
Provide believers with fellowship (Acts 2v42).
• Build up saints in their most Holy Faith, through instruction
and teaching in God’s Word (II Tim 2v15).
• Evangelise through partaking in Gospel meetings, preaching,
testimony, open-air meetings, tract work, door to door and all methods
taught in Scripture (Matt. 28v19-20).
• Establish, maintain and equip premises and facilities in furtherance
of the objects of the Group.
• Provide or assist in providing classes, seminars, lectures,
discussions, exhibitions, outings and events.
• Procure to be written and printed, published, issued distributed
and circulated reports, or periodicals, books, pamphlets, leaflets
or other documents or information.
• Recruit, train and employ volunteers with relevant skills
for the furtherance of the above aims.
• Purchase, take or lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise
acquire any property and any rights and privileges necessary for the
attainment of the said objects and construct, maintain and alter any
buildings or edifices so necessary as aforesaid.
• Employ and pay and person or persons to supervise organise
and carry on the work of the Group and make all reasonable and necessary
provision for the payment of remuneration to employees.
• All such other lawful things as are necessary for the attainment
of the said objects.
